Large Flange Head Aluminium Rivets with Steel Zinc Plated stems are multi-purpose rivets suitable for general fastening in light to medium duty applications. They are specifically designed for use where a larger bearing area is required. The aluminium body provides corrosion resistance for use in internal and external applications. All rivets have a minimum and maximum thickness of materials for which they are designed to fix, this is known as the Grip Range of the rivet.
Using a rivet with the correct Grip range for your application will ensure ease of installation and that the maximum holding power is achieved.
