FOAMFIX-STYROWEDGE
StyroWedge is designed for fixing into foam insulation wallboard claddings and provides a positive fixing point.. The StyroWedge is made up of two interlocking plates which are inserted into the foam wallboard. An 8 to 12 gauge screw is screwed in between the two plates to attach the fixture resulting in a firm and stable fixing.

1. Using a sharp blade, cut a 30mm slot, 50mm deep into the foam panel.
2. Take two StyroWedge halves and join the smooth sides together.
3.Insert the StyroWedge into the slot in the foam panel.
4.Ensure the StyroWedge is flush with the surface of the panel.
5.Place the fixture over the clip in the panel and insert an 8 to 12g screw through the hole in the fixture and into the StyroWedge and fasten home.
Do Not overtighten.
6. Apply sealant as required.
