170210 Stainless SteelMates® Super 500™ - Hex & 19mm Aluminium Bonded Washer
Super 500™ Stainless SteelMates® are unique combination of Stainless SteelMates® technology on a Super 500™ screw. The BiMetal drill point drills through steel up to 12.5mm thick. Assembled with a Bonded Aluminium Washer to provide rain proofing. A truly 304 Series fixing with exceptional corrosion resistance combined with superior drilling speed in the same screw. Can be painted upon request to match prepainted metal roofing and cladding profile colours.

1/ Ensure the correct driver tool is fitted to your power drill or screw driver.
2/ Place the screw on the driver tool and position it onto the materials being fastened.
3/ If necessary push sharply to create a centre mark and to prevent screw wander.
4/ Squeeze trigger and maintain steady, constant pressure until the screw has drilled and fastened.
Recommended Driving speed is approximately 1,800~2,000 r.p.m when fixing into steel.
