Foster 40-20LO is an acrylic copolymer emulsion coating specifically formulated to seal the surfaces of substrates. When used over duct liner insulation it will seal and re-surface the insulation, retarding release of loose fibres. The dried film is resistant to the growth of mould and mildew. When used in HVAC duct systems the work space can be free of the odour problems often associated with contaminated systems. It is ideal for sealing surfaces after mould remediation has been completed.
