220500.8600 Terrain® TimberMates® - Crest-Lok™ Roofing Screws
These screws are designed for self-drilling and fastening into timber or thin metal up to 0.55mm and feature a Type 17 self-drilling point. For crest fixing roofing profiles to timber or light gauge metal battens. The Hex Washer head provides a heavy duty, stable driving fixing with a wide surface clamping area. Painted to match prepainted metal roofing, cladding & fencing profile colours. All other sizes and colour combinations can be painted upon request.

1/ Ensure the correct driver tool is fitted to your power drill or screw driver.
2/ Place the screw on the driver tool and position it onto the materials being fastened.
3/ If necessary push sharply to create a centre mark and to prevent screw wander.
4/ Squeeze trigger and maintain steady, constant pressure until the screw has drilled and fastened.
Recommended Driving speed is approximately 800~1,000 r.p.m. when fixing into timber and 1,800~2,000 r.p.m when fixing into light steel battens.
