Fulaflex™ 650 FC is a powerful, high performance, solvent free, moisture curing hybrid polymer adhesive/sealant that provides a non-hazardous alternative to traditional polyurethane adhesive/sealants. Fast curing to form a seal that is tough, elastic and weatherproof with good chemical resistance. A high modulus product ideal in bonding applications where expansion and contraction are anticipated. Suitable for use in trafficable areas such as concrete saw cuts in commercial buildings.
• Permanently flexible ±15% joint movement capability in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +100°C with short periods to 120°C
• Exhibits no shrinkage or bubble formation during curing
• Will not sag or slump in joints up to 30mm
• Strong adhesion to a wide range of substrates without priming
• High bond strength - suited to Professional and DIY, construction, marine and automotive environments
• High mechanical/dynamic stress resistance
• Shock/Impact resistant
• Excellent resistance to weathering and UV radiation, resists yellowing
• Vibration and sound-dampening properties
• Neutral adhesive, does not attack bonded surfaces
• Paintable wet-on-wet with many water based or solvent based paints (pretesting recommended)
• Isocyanate and solvent free
