X400 Surface Cleaner 1 Litre Can A Liquid Hydrocarbon Based Solvent for cleaning and preparing surfaces prior to the application of adhesive tapes. It can be used for a myriad of cleaning applications including clean-up of adhesive residue and to soften old adhesive residue left when tape is removed.
