TorsionZone™ driver bits are available in a range of sizes and lengths. They are designed for use with Impact drivers and offer increased performance under the extremes of impact driving. The 25mm length Insert bits are recommended to be used with Magnetic Bit Holders. Longer length Power Bits are designed to be fitted directly into the end of a electric or battery operated screwdriver, impact driver or a drill chuck. Available in Phillips #1, #2 and #3 sizes and lengths up to 150mm.

1/ Select the correct type and size driver tip to suit the fastener to be driven and fit it to your power drill or screw driver or hand tool. If power driving ensure the correct speed is set on the tool.
2/ Place the screw on the driver tool and position it onto the materials being fastened.
3/ Push sharply to create a centre mark and to prevent screw wander.
4/ Squeeze trigger and maintain steady, constant pressure until the screw has drilled and fastened.
Note:-
Always check the driver bit size which is shown against each individual IDEAL screw size/type on this website to ensure the correct size Drive Bit is selected for the fastener being driven.

• For 4g screws use #1 size bits for 4 gauge screws,
• For 5g up to 10g screws use #2 size bits
• For 12g to 14g screws use #3 size drive bits
• For M6 screws use #3 size drive bits
