620300 Foam Panel Washer
These large diameter, low profile Countersunk recessed ribbed UV resistant plastic washers are designed for use with 10g Bugle MultiMates®, 10g Bugle SteelMates® or 10g Csk Treated Pine screws when fixing Foam cladding panels to timber or steel frames. The result is the screw head will finish flush and will not pull through whilst maximum clamping strength of the foam panel to the substrate is achieved. A range of lengths are available up to 150mm.
Whilst only 1.80mm thick they feature ribs for extra strength and a strongly reinforced countersink in the plastic washer for the head of the screw to sit in. 1/ Place screw through the hole in washer
2/ Ensure the correct driver tool is fitted to your power drill or screw driver.
3/ Place the screw on the driver tool and position it onto the materials being fastened.
4/ Push sharply to create a centre mark and to prevent screw wander.
5/ Squeeze trigger and maintain steady, constant pressure until the screw has drilled and fastened.
Recommended Driving speed is approximately
• For timber substrates800~1,000 r.p.m
• For steel substrates 2,000 r.p.m.
