170010 Stainless SteelMates® - Hex & 19mm Aluminium Bonded Washer
Stainless SteelMates® are unique Stainless Steel Self Drilling Screws for fixing to metal in highly corrosive environments where a long life fastener is required. The unique BiMetal drill point provides a truly 300 Series fixing that drills through steel. The 19mm Aluminium EPDM Bonded Seal provides a water tight seal. Made from 304 or 316 Grade SS for the ultimate in Corrosion Resistance. Can be painted upon request to match prepainted metal roofing & cladding colours.

1/ Ensure the correct driver tool is fitted to your power drill or screw driver.
2/ Place the screw on the driver tool and position it onto the materials being fastened.
3/ If necessary push sharply to create a centre mark and to prevent screw wander.
4/ Squeeze trigger and maintain steady, constant pressure until the screw has drilled and fastened.
Recommended Driving speed is approximately 1,800~2,000 r.p.m when fixing into steel.
