200050 Supa ChipMates® - Countersunk Head with Drilled Hole for Caps
Designed for use in cabinetmaking these screws feature Pozidrive recess with a hole drilled down the centre which allows for the insertion of plastic colour matching caps. The needle point self drills into the chipboard etc., and the coarse thread ensures a strong, secure hold in chipboard, particle board and medium density fibreboard.

1/ Ensure the correct driver tool is fitted to your power drill or screw driver.
2/ Place the screw on the driver tool and position it onto the materials being fastened.
3/ Push sharply to create a centre mark and to prevent screw wander.
4/ Squeeze trigger and maintain steady, constant pressure until the screw has drilled and fastened.
Recommended Driving speed is approximately 1,000 r.p.m.
Note:
For the best results drill a clearance hole through and a countersink into, the material being attached. The screw will then self drill into the substrate timber and leave a smooth finish for the application of the plastic cap.
2/ Place the screw on the driver tool and position it onto the materials being fastened.
3/ Push sharply to create a centre mark and to prevent screw wander.
4/ Squeeze trigger and maintain steady, constant pressure until the screw has drilled and fastened.
