150110 TimberMates® - Wafer Head
These screws feature a Low profile head for a smooth finish with less obstruction. They are designed for self-drilling and fastening into timber but are also capable of self-drilling through thin metal up to approximately 0.55mm. Can be driven by hand or power tool. Can be painted upon request to match all popular prepainted metal roofing, cladding & fencing profile colours if required. Available in Zinc Yellow or MGZA for external use.

1/ Ensure the correct driver tool is fitted to your power drill or screw driver.
2/ Place the screw on the driver tool and position it onto the materials being fastened.
3/ If necessary push sharply to create a centre mark and to prevent screw wander.
4/ Squeeze trigger and maintain steady, constant pressure until the screw has drilled and fastened.
Recommended Driving speed is approximately 800~1,000 r.p.m. when fixing into timber and 1,800~2,000 r.p.m when fixing into light steel battens.
